My focus is translating complex business processes into scalable software—using AI and automation to reduce manual work and empower the people running those operations. Throughout my career in SaaS product development, R&D, and operations, I’ve led teams and companies through growth, funding, and acquisition. My background spans healthcare technology, operational platforms, data warehousing, analytics, and machine learning, with a consistent focus on turning complicated problems into practical, usable products. My work has included pioneering web-based practice management and patient portal solutions, as well as widely adopted healthcare equipment planning and budgeting software. Those experiences shaped how I approach architecture and product development: understand the workflow, connect the right information, and build something that makes the user’s job easier. I work across product strategy, technical architecture, and hands-on engineering. I enjoy setting a clear direction, developing operational playbooks, and helping teams navigate difficult decisions while keeping the business outcome in focus. I believe strong architecture should support how a business works—not force it to work around the software. Just as important, I care about developing people and building teams that take ownership, collaborate effectively, and grow. For me, success means delivering useful products, creating lasting business value, and helping the people behind the work succeed.
